Social 7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Tear Down 9:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Expect anywhere from 600-700 visitors. This is just an estimate, as our guests tend to travel from one social to the next.  WiCyS includes standard hotel furniture as in tables, chairs and table cloths. WiCyS does not host a dinner event on this night.
