This WiCyS strategic partner webinar with Dell Technologies will provide a case study for application of tools provided in the Harvard School of Public Health article entitled, “Leading Outside Your Authority” by Erica Hersh (https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/ecpe/leading-outside-your-authority/).

Join us for a brief summary of each tool and a gain a real-world example for how the presenter applied the tool. The examples will be based on the presenter’s experience with influencing change without authority as a product security engineer at Dell Technologies. This case study is applicable to any technical leader who must influence without authority.
