WiCyS 2025 is the go-to event for cybersecurity professionals, students, and organizations. The conference is the flagship event to recruit, retain and advance women in cybersecurity.
ABOUT
The WiCyS conference is the premier event to RECRUIT, RETAIN and ADVANCE women in cybersecurity— all while creating a community of engagement, encouragement and support at a technical conference for women and allies. WiCyS brings together women and allies in cybersecurity from academia, research, government, and industry.
Conference components include: Keynote Speakers, Technical Presentations, Workshops, Panels, Lightning Talks, Networking Socials, Résumé Reviews, Mock Interviews, Professional Headshots, Career Fair for organizations to hire professionals and students, Capture-the-Flag Competition, Breakfast to honor military and more.

Registration
WiCyS 2025 Conference registration opens on February 10, 2025 at 10am CT and is open until registration reaches capacity.
NOTE: Students must have a scholarship to attend WiCyS 2025. There is no open registration for students. Scholarship applications open on September 9, 2024.

Call for Presenters
The WiCyS 2025 Call for Presenters for speaking engagements closed on November 4, 2024 at 5pm CT.

Scholarships
Applications for equity & advancement, faculty, student, mentor, ally, and military scholarships closed on November 4, 2024 at 5pm CT. Late Scholarship applications opened on November 11th. To learn more, visit HERE.

WiCyS 2025 Virtual Conference
Our virtual conference aims to enhance accessibility and provide increased opportunities for individuals to experience the WiCyS conference content. Participants will enjoy access to recorded keynotes, live sessions and a virtual career fair. Additionally, our interactive chat features will be active and carefully moderated throughout the event, facilitating genuine interaction and connection among our community members. Recordings of each virtual session will be available, empowering attendees to revisit and deepen their learning.

Conference Statistics
The 2024 conference was full of technical talent, skill-building and an abundance of inspiration. 115 sponsors embraced the power of paying it forward and engaged over 1,950 attendees in-person and 845 registered attendees virtually. The WiCyS in-person remains the flagship event for women in cybersecurity but, regardless of gender, is the only conference that ensures equal representation from aspiring and established professionals across academia, industry, and government.
1,050 scholarships were awarded, and 350 travel stipends were distributed. Over 500 volunteers helped launch #WiCyS2024. There were also 150 speakers, 69 unique sessions, 29 research posters, 21 countries represented, 12 featured speakers, five employer socials, six leadership events, five empowering and impactful keynotes, one Allyship Breakfast, and one capture-the-flag that contributed to making WiCyS 2024 a success!
